Caudan, FRANCE/North Hollywood, CA (January 17, 2012) – SmartAVI, Inc., innovator of digital signage and video/audio/control signal distribution solutions and VITY Technology of France, makers of digital interface technology including touch screens, have joined forces to forge a new company, VITYPro. VITYPro manufactures environmental monitoring and control technology for both commercial and residential applications. It provides enhanced interactive solutions for the A/V professional and home automation US market by combining the technology of VITY Technology with the audio/video solutions offered by SmartAVI.
VITYPro is focused on simplifying the interface between people and technology by providing global, innovative and affordable solutions to resolve the otherwise complicated management of audio/video signal distribution and digital signage technology.
